1 Gateway–Route 1 Park
Lined with trees, Gateway-Route 1 Park will include pedestrian bridges, covered trellises, and sculpture/art gardens.
2 Town Center and Civic Park
At the heart of the active public realm, Town Center and Civic Park is where the residential and retail uses come together. Designed with flexibility in mind, the central spaces will be able to accommodate special events, and facilitate community gatherings.
3 hiker biker trail park
The Hiker/Biker Trail connects the present Hiker/Biker Trail to Riverdale Park. The Trail will be similar to the trail at Paint Branch Road and will feature kiosks and benches/rest areas.
4 town green
The Town Green, where community comes to meet and relax, is a major gathering place in the heart of the residential district and is flanked by a variety of residential uses.
5 riverine park
Lining the east boundary of Riverdale Park with structures like a bicycle and information kiosks, Riverine Park will include the latest EDS storm water technology, and have landscaped designed water features, and boardwalks.
6 Public pocket parks
These small-scale parks are located throughout the project and provide recreational and special use opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
